Bill Dornback, the founder of Crystal Clear Glass Cleaning, loved window cleaning and didn't even know it. Let us explain. In 1991, Bill started working for a window replacement company in Aiea, Hawaii. There he learned a lot about glass, building and installing windows. During the installation, Bill cleaned the windows to provide the best view for the customer's mountain and ocean outlook. The home owners loved their improved perspective. That hooked Bill. Years later he reflected on happy customers and realized he could continue providing joy and happiness. Bill formed Crystal Clear Glass Cleaning, Inc. in 2008 which has grown only through satisfied and thankful customers. A one-man business that began out of Bill's home has now grown to a highly reputable company of approximately 10 employees, providing reliable service to Geauga County and surrounding areas.
