Critical Carpet Care is licensed, bonded, insured, and owner operated with 25 years experience. We specialize in carpet and upholstery cleaning and minor carpet repair. We use truck mounted hot water extraction for a deep and thorough cleaning, which nearly all carpet manufacturers recommend. We also specialize in stain removal and odor control for a fresh smelling home. In 2012, after a 20 year vacation from the carpet cleaning industry, I decided to start another business once again in order to generate extra income. I had two cleaning businesses previously in Arizona and Oregon that were built up and sold after about 10 years of operation in each state and they are still in operation today. Arizona was too hot and Oregon was too wet, so my wife and I decided to look for the perfect place and ended up in the great northwest, which is pretty hard to beat overall. This may sound strange to some, but I just love bringing dead and dying carpets back to life and watching the expression on peoples faces when they see the contrast as the cleaning process advances from dirty to clean.
