Motors sports aficionados and vintage car collectors have one thing in common: a passion for some the world's finest automobiles. Now, there's a unique commercial condominium and club purpose built for car collector, vintage race car and motor sports enthusiast. Construction on the first building of Club Motor Estates began in the Fall of 2015. We have space available immediately for new members, and plan to build additional buildings for new members in the Spring of 2016. It is not a place for you to live, although many people wish they could live here. It is a Community of Privately Owned Condominiums for Car Collections, Fun, and Entertainment. Members enjoy their cars, events, ballroom facility, onsite catering, friends, car shows, bands, and their Ultimate Custom Garage Condominiums., , After seeing others trying to solve the problem, the concept of having a campus of many like minded people made so much sense. Club Motor Estates is much more than just a place to store cars. Club Motor Estates is part Country Club, part caviar, part motor oil. It is a venue, and a place where your passion of cars never ends, surrounded by people who enjoy their passion of cars.
