We steam clean or pressure wash almost anything outside, such as Commercial, Industrial & Residential facial makeovers, Condominium and Property Management Associations properties. restaurant storefronts, sidewalks, awnings, driveways, algae removal, cedar fence restoration, stairwells. We do extreme dumpster enclosure cleaning, parking lots, concrete or asphalt, in addition to equipment cleaning, sign cleaning and gutter clean out. In 1991 we began our first few years with a portable pressure washer in the back of a pickup truck. This helped us to establish a foothold in the pressure washing market. We started my business washing driveways, houses, awnings, and cleaning concrete in San Diego. In 1997 we found work in Fontana, Ca. We assisted a friend in acquiring a contract to wash Rite Aid tractors and trailers, Staples trailers, and Scully International tractors.\n\nClean Ca. Pressure Wash then moved to Los Angeles, Ca. into Hollywood for three and a half years grew expanding in to restaurants, bars, as well as homeowners washing, awnings, patios, driveways and dumpster areas.\n\nOnce we established a successful referral business, we were able to expand the business in some of the more prominent locations of Los Angeles. We travel to and from Los Angeles to San Diego providing a constant and continuous schedule, while providing a high level of exterior cleaning for many businesses in all of Southern California.
