When it comes to ambiance, heat, reliability and value the products we represent are the top of the line Since its inception in 1973 on Dorset St. in South Burlington, the Chimney Sweep has worked hard to bring you the best in wood stoves. Offering classics like Garrison, Elmira, Vermont Castings and Jotul, the business outgrew its cramped location. Owner Roy L'Esperance purchased a large 14,000 square foot double A-frame building on Shelburne Road and opened a spacious new showroom in the right side of the building. The ensuing years have seen a multitude of changes in the displays of stoves, fireplaces and accessories. Multiple expansions have made the Chimney Sweep one of the largest retail hearth shops in the United States. The constantly evolving displays feature fireplaces installed in walls, cabinets, bars, and wall units. Our brand new kitchen appliance center features Heartland appliances.
