We are a self storage facility that offers RV/trailer storage, climate controlled and standard units. The temperature in our climate controlled buildings stays between 58 and 78 degrees with no humidity. The property is fenced and well lit. Tenants enter/exit with an account specific code. Our property is clean, accessible and inviting! Restrooms are available during business hours. We are easy to find; 1/4 mile off of well traveled Hwy 64. Our current special is: Rent for 12 months, get the 13th month FREE. We will always greet you with a smile and will help you with any storage needs you may have! We also have some of the lowest rates in WNC! Hope to see you soon! My father started a trucking company in the late 80's and when the Tracking Station (where I was employed) closed, I went into business with him. We ran the trucking and U-Haul for a couple yrs and then I had my first 2 storage bldgs built. My father closed the trucking co. not long after and retired and I carried on with U-Haul and self storage until 2004 when I stopped renting U-Haul and had more storage bldgs completed. I now have 9 bldgs, 2 of which are climate controlled, several spaces for RV's, etc. Let us help you with your storage needs!
