When Chad founded our company, he wanted to offer something different to his friends and neighbors in the South Houston area. He had already spent some time working in the carpet cleaning industry, so he was well aware of what the competition was like. He knew what the average carpet cleaning customer could expect from the standard carpet cleaning company - usually the bare minimum. Your carpets get cleaned, but that's about it.
