We use a soap free, hot water extraction method of cleaning (commonly referred to as steam cleaning). This is the preferred method of most carpet manufacturers. By using a soap free method, no soap residue is left in the carpet which can cause quicker re-soiling of the carpet, and no harmful chemicals are left behind so it is baby safe.
