We are a family owned, local business providing janitorial service, floor cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning to businesses in the greater Portland Metro area since 1961. \n\nCascade Building Services has made a commitment to utilizing environmentally friendly, sustainable cleaning products. The products we use deliver exceptional quality and help ensure a sustainable workplace that is free from harmful toxins and odors. Our backpack vacuums are also equipped with HEPA filters to improve indoor air quality. Our goal at CBS is to provide the cleanest, safest work environment while minimizing our own carbon footprint.\n\nWe have a professional staff of employees that wear uniforms and identification badges. We are proud of the loyalty we have from our employees and have many people that have worked with us for over a decade. \n\nWe also provide maintenance services including painting, sheet rock repair, pressure washing and parking lot striping and marking.
