Carlsborg Mini Storage is the premier, modern storage facility in the Sequim, Washington area. How do I rent a unit All you need to do is come in and fill out our tenant information sheet and sign a contract. We require picture identification and a personal contact number. Our contracts are a minimum one month lease with a month to month lease after that. Carlsborg Mini Storage requires a 10 day move out notification prior to vacating your unit. All tenants furnish their own locks and keys, and we do have them available for purchase. We do not keep a copy of the tenants key. Carlsborg Mini Storage rent is due the first day of each month. We prorate your rent from the move-in date (if move-in is after the 15th of the month, the following month will be added to the rent due) and send out monthly statements approximately ten(10) days prior to the first of each month.
