Capital Region Maids specializes in residential and commercial cleaning services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Capital Region Maids was initially established by Tia in 2018 while being laid off, but had to be put on the back burner soon after starting a very time consuming new engineering position. With a solid technical background and substantial marketing experience with a successful blog, Tia decided to start a local service business to solve pain points clients experience when trying to book services and achieve better work/life balance for herself. Tia recognized that technology and marketing could make booking cleaning services super EASY and FAST (like 60 seconds fast), eliminating the need for phone calls or quotes, and help incredibly talented cleaning pros get more work.
