During this time, he gained complete hands-on knowledge of the methods and procedures used in residential moves, office moves and high value product handling and transportation. He provided leadership and direction to his crew on a daily basis, learned how to organize his crew to work as a team, and taught others to do the same. Mike drove interstate and locally, hauling freight like multi-million dollar computer systems.
