Being driven by companies with mediocre service in the carpet cleaning industry, Michelle Larimore decided to develop her own process of service and results for her company. Being a mother and self defined clean freak, she never seemed happy with the cleanliness or result of having her carpets cleaned. To Michelle, it seemed the companies came out charged her hundreds of dollars, didnt clean well all the while, leaving her carpets drenched which left a residue for months after.\n\nThrough research and her knowledge of how SHE wanted her carpets cleaned, she developed a process that leaves the carpets shiny, only slightly damp, and with virtually ZERO residue. Through her research with the IICRC (certification standards foundation) Michelle realized that the combination of cheap detergents, dirty extraction machines, and hard water deposits were the reasons for bad results.
