Our cleaning process includes a number of stages, including a full inspection of the rug for any stains, damages or wear; a process to neutralize the colors and protect the dyes; removal of any spots and/or stains; a full dusting of the front and back of the rug; and a hand wash using a gentle, non-toxic and eco-friendly product. The rug is then dried and the fringes are properly groomed.\n\nOur on site rug repair and restoration team is dedicated specifically to that purpose and with years of experience repairing and/or reweaving worn, damaged and torn carpets, among other things. Using certified wool safe, pet friendly, person friendly products. We also provide pick up and delivery services.
