First, I got tired of asking different carpet cleaners to put me on their schedule every six months to clean my home and office and getting the same response every time... they never showed up or called and I was left chasing them down trying to get my carpets cleaned. \n\nSecond, I was always concerned with the scary people that were sent out to my home.
