Silvio Varano, Backlender's owner, grew up admiring his mother's work ethic. His mother, a cleaner herself, developed strong relationships with her clients. They held a high level of loyalty towards her, and there was a significant amount of trust from both the client and herself. Silvio recognized this, and it inspired him to create his own cleaning company based off of the same values his mother exemplifies.
