Appearance Counts got it's humble start when my dad retired from being a machinist in 1995 and started this part time store front/strip mall window cleaning business. After about 6 months my dad was plagued with an old injury and couldn't keep up the business. Meanwhile I had about enough of the semi -conductor industry and was looking to enter into a new line of work. Taking over my dads window cleaning business seemed like a perfect fit, especially since it is an outdoor job and deals with new and different people, which I enjoy both of. A few years after taking over the business, I sold off the Phx. based commercial accounts and focused my energy on building a residential and commercial business in the east valley where I live.
