Compliments are passed along to your cleaners, everything else is discretely corrected.\n\nWe believe that delivering the best clean starts with our employees, and that's why we pay our cleaners a higher wage than our competition to ensure that our employees value their job. We only hire about one out of 150 applicants. From there, we put them through an intensive interview process including background checks. Then we put them through an entire month of training and mentor-ship before we allow them to become a full team member. We aren't willing to put anyone in your home that we wouldn't trust in ours.\n\nWe are locally owned, and are not a franchise. This means that not only are our products safe for you, your pets, and your family--they are safe for our cleaners as well. We believe in making our staff our number one priority. The first service we found was a no call no show. The next service price gouged us, leaving us with no option but to over-pay for a mediocre cleaning of our one bedroom apartment. We knew we could do better. Chris began working under an experienced cleaner to learn the trade. Alyssa stepped in soon after, and we secured our first few clients cleaning their homes on the weekend. \n\nNext we went to work utilizing our knowledge of service businesses to really get things started.
