Sweeping, Pressure Washing, Construction Services, Maintenance Services In 1984 Glenn Russell started sweeping parking lots at night as a High School student. By 1996 he had purchased his first parking lot sweeper and started his own sweeping business. As a hands on owner the business grew and customers began requesting many additional services. In 1995 he incorporated the name All-N-One Maintenance, Inc. to be reflective of the wide range of services the company provided. As growth continued, Mr. Russell earned his Bachelors in Business from Azusa Pacific University to help him navigate the many hurdles of a growing multi million dollar company.
