Jim started in the early 80's moving pianos for Smiley Brothers Piano in Detroit, MI. In 1984 Jim decided to start All Around Moving, running crews while Cheryl took over secretarial duties. Primarily moving just pianos eventually evolved into moving household goods as well as office and commercial goods. Building the business' name by providing three basic business practices: Integrity, Ethics and High Customer Service. These basic practices are still what we operate by today. In 1987 All Around Moving started providing storage services when they built and founded Moms Attic storage facility in Taylor, MI. in 1996. In 2001 we relocated to Romulus, MI where we are to this day. We along the way became an Agent for National Van Lines.
