We specialize in cleaning and installing all types of flooring for residential and commercial accounts. We also specialize in carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning. We have over 35 year of experience - we are locally owned and operated. We treat ever home like our own. I started out in 1982 in the janitorial business gaining much experience as a consultant in the industry. After many year of success I ventured out on my own in 1995 and started Advance Maintenance Services in order to build a professional maintenance company servicing Nassau & Suffolk Counties.
