A Step Above's owner /cleaning technician has 10 years of experience cleaning carpets, tile and upholstery. We are IICRC certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning. At A Step Above we strive to provide the customer with a great experience from beginning to end! We will arrive on time, do a thorough walkthrough, explain the process in great detail. With the use of industry-leading truck-mounted HydraMaster PTO cleaning units your carpet will dry quickly. I Guarantee if we can't get something out, nobody else will be able to! We choose to use top-tier cleaning products. The pretreatment we use is 100% biodegradable, it has no odor, vocs, is accredited by the Asthma and Allergy institution and has a Green Seal Certification from the EPA. It has a neutral pH which allows us to rinse with just water so no chemical residues are left on your carpet. This makes for a more healthy environment for the customer, as well as helping the carpet not to re-soil as fast due to no residues being left behind.
