We have over 180,000 sq ft of indoor storage as well as 5 plus acres of outdoor storage facilities., We are equipped with: , * Secure Facility with state of the art security system, * 24 hr accessible drop off / pick up yard, * Registered Keyless gate entry This company was started when home communities were being built with more community restrictions on storage of recreational vehicles in or around the home as well as the home builders were shrinking the size of the lots they were building the new homes on., , Del Webb communities were growing in popularity and owners of these homes were buying R.V.s. Storage lots for these customers consisted of outdoor gravel yards with little to no security. We wanted to create a place in which you can store your equipment with peace of mind in a secure facility., , Small unusable areas of mini storage yards offered outdoor paved parking and at best some covered paved parking.
